Cupcakes War Decorate a cupcake and create a unique flavor using a variety of toppings. A panel of judges will award the best cupcake creator a trophy and a Kave gift card. All food and supplies will be provided by the library. Please register by stopping by the main floor reference desk or calling 330-745-1194. Registration will begin on January 7.
