Solar Eclipse Watch PartyWE ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF ECLIPSE GLASSES FOR THE NOON PROGRAM.

Be a part of the 391 million people in the United States with an opportunity to view a partial solar eclipse by joining us at the library for a Solar Eclipse Watch Party. Enjoy related activities for the whole family, including NASA’s special downloadable app to better understand and enjoy the eclipse. Light refreshments will be served. A partial solar eclipse will occur starting around 1 pm. Viewers meet in the Business Center. Weather permitting, we will view the eclipse from the Uhl Garden.  Program attendees will be given a free set of viewing glasses on a first come, first serve basis.  

What is a solar eclipse? A solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes in front of the Sun.  
Experience this rare phenomenon safely and learn about the solar system.
