A Gentle Yoga for Beginners of All Ages
Join us at the library to improve your flexibility by participating in a chair yoga class. This gentle program is designed for seniors and individuals struggling with mobility. Colleen Hohl is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor from the Asheville Yoga Center in NC.

Colleen is trained many types of yoga.   Chair Yoga or a Vinyasa Flow are recommended yoga types for a new person. Chair Yoga is a sitting and standing practice that works on stretching, strengthening and balance, all while never getting on the floor or a mat. There is no charge for this class.
